Eating Clean

I posted recently on 31 Rubies about 31 Clean Things to Eat.  I started cleaning up my diet in January and although it's still a work in progress I do strive to eat mostly clean meals (and have lost a total of 23 pounds so far).  I love how I feel when my diet is free of processed, refined, bleached, chemical-laden junk.

I have had so many people ask me on Facebook about clean eating.  What is it?  What exactly do you eat?  I even have a friend who has bought a Clean Eating cookbook after hearing me talk about it so much.  So this week I'm going to post about clean eating all week long.  I am going to attempt...key word is ATTEMPT...to take photos of all my meals and snacks throughout the week.  This will not only keep me accountable but it will also help you to see what type of foods are clean.  Like I said, I don't eat 100% clean all the time but I'd say I'm at about 75% now.  This week I'm going to strive for 90-95% clean.

I'll start tomorrow with breakfast!
