In my life this week...
I've been sick (and spent Friday morning-Sunday afternoon on the couch with a headache, stomache ache and other annoying symptoms). I've also been dealing with some major drama with some of the people in my life. That's all I'm going to say about that.
In our homeschool this week...
We started studying kangaroos with Madalyn but due to an early in the week bout of strep throat (me) and then a late in the week stomach virus (again, me!) we didn't get a lot accomplished.
Places we're going and people we're seeing...
I am taking my mom to see Mandisa and comedian Anita Renfroe on Thursday. It couldn't come at a better time and I know we both are going to have a great time!
My favorite thing this week was...
hearing Layla say a new word--"downstairs". She is finally trying to talk and it is so adorable!
What's working/not working for us...
I love my new circle of homeschooling friends! I am so thankful that back in August I sat at that particular table with those particular moms at that particular homeschool meeting. God put me there so that I could meet these wonderful women who I know consider some of my dearest friends.
Homeschool questions/thoughts I have...
I am considering joining a co-op next year with some friends and I've been wondering how it will all work into our schedule/curriculum.
